Pregnancy Meditation
DATES: Sunday March 12 & 16th
You deserve the gift of relaxation during this very special
time!
Enjoy meditations that are specifically suited for women in
all stages of pregnancy. These classes will give women an
opportunity to integrate the energy of mind, body, and
spirit throughout their pregnancy and in preparation for
labor, birth and parenthood.
